Jeff Tibbals Recognized as 2026 Super Lawyer in Eminent Domain, Evan Williams a Rising Star in Land Use and Zoning.

The South Carolina Super Lawyers for 2026 honored Bybee & Tibbals attorneys Jeff Tibbals as a Super Lawyer in Eminent Domain and Evan Williams as a Rising Star in Land Use and Zoning Law.  Tibbals is an eminent domain attorney focused on obtaining just compensation for landowners in condemnation matters. Jeff also serves as the chair of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Charleston.
